Beaches

If you’re looking for a holiday filled with beaches and relaxing in El Albir, we recommend the pebble beach, which has a Blue Flag. The beach also has facilities for practicing water sports, and services such as access for people with disabilities, free books and a foot wash station.

Sports

This area’s location and weather are the perfect allies for mountain and water sports enthusiasts all year round. During spring and autumn, its mild weather makes El Albir an ideal destination for elite athletes to come and train.

In the neighbouring Alfàs del Pi, you will find a complete sports centre with facilities for athletics, discus throw, javelin throw, high jump, long jump, pole vault, football, handball, tennis, paddle tennis and even pétanque.

Cinema festival

One of the region’s most important cultural events is the Alfàs del Pi Cinema Festival, during which both national and international celebrities from the world of cinema gather every July. A selection of movies produced throughout the year are screened during the festival, which ends with the Faros de Plata prize-giving ceremony, which are awarded to professionals of the sector for their contributions to the silver screen.
